Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 2-3 days from placing your order. You will receive an email confirmation from Shopify when your order is shipped. 

If you have chosen the standard postal service (Royal Mail), please be aware we do not have access to any more tracking information than what is also available to you on the Royal Mail tracking website. If there are no updates on the tracker for more than 21 working days, please get in touch with us and we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.


Shipping Options

We will ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check that the shipping address is correct before placing an order and don't hesitate to contact us if you notice an error.

Electrolama uses three carriers, the Royal Mail (United Kingdom’s postal service), FedEx, and DPD. International orders shipped through Royal Mail are tracked for almost all destinations and will be handled by the destination’s country local postal service. Please note that, while cheaper, Royal Mail is not a courier service and we see a lot more delays with this service compared to other courier services.

If you're in a hurry and need boards fast, please select the courier option (DPD or FedEx) where available. 

If using the DPD or FedEx shipping options, please ensure you provide correct details (namely: your name and a working phone number) as otherwise we will not be able to ship your order. 

Not all shipping options are available to all locations.

Processing & Shipping times

All our orders ship from London, United Kingdom.

All orders are shipped within 2-3 days. You will receive an email confirmation from Shopify when your order is shipped. When you place your order, please allow time for processing in addition to the time it takes for the package to get to you once it has shipped. Depending on your shipping option, you will be able to use the tracking number to track your parcel on the Royal Mail, FedEx or DPD tracking sites.

Tax

🇬🇧 For our UK customers

UK VAT is charged at a standard rate of 20% to all our customers in the UK

🇪🇺 For our EU customers

We are registered for the IOSS scheme.


For orders under €150

VAT will be collected as part of the checkout process so you will not have to pay VAT and unexpected handling charges imposed by your local postal service/delivery company upon delivery. As the system is still new, and very complex, problems are inevitable. If you have any issues, please get in touch with us at support@electrolama.com.

For orders over €150

Orders over the value of €150 are liable for customs duty which is not covered by IOSS (a VAT system). Local customs, VAT and handling fees may apply upon the delivery of your package.



🌎 Customers outside UK and EU

Local taxes and other import/handling fees may be applied when your order is delivered by your local postal service or courier of your choice. Please check your local laws/regulations if you are not sure about these before placing your order.
